Congratulation to the success of the strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony between Bizfield (Canada) and Beijing Deshan M-Lab (China)!

On Dec 6th, 2019, the strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony between Bizfield (Canada) and Beijing Deshan M-Lab Biomedical Incubator (China) was successfully held in the 10th Conference Hall of Deshan Building Beijing, China. Mr. Feng Shang, the CKO of Bizfield Angel Network Ltd., and Mr. Shengkuo Li, the General Manager of Beijing Deshan M-Lab, jointly signed the agreement on behalf of the Canadian and Chinese parties.

Mr. Shang states during the ceremony that both parties will have in-depth cooperation through Chinese and Canadian collaborative approaches to introduce high-quality Chinese projects to Canada for incubation and financing and help well-established high-tech companies to enter the Canadian stock market. Both parties will seek a win-win situation for the common good.

After the ceremony, Mr. Shang gave a lecture on the topic Oversea Investment and Financing to the entrepreneurs from the Incubator and the Zhongguancun park. He explained in detail the procedures for Chinese companies to be listed on Canadian stock market and reported the latest finance data from Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and Toronto Stock Exchange Venture (TSXV), which inspired many entrepreneurs on site. They had a discussion about the advantages of TSX in terms of its high market value, high growth, internationalization and the integration of the North America Capital Market as a whole, and how Chinese small and medium enterprises can benefit from them. Finally, a number of companies with oversea capital demands agreed to cooperate with Bizfield in the long term.

This lecture was hosted by the Management Committee of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park and Beijing SME Service Platform, and assisted by China Merchants Bank (CMBC) and Jingxi Creative Workshop.
